1. How do I wear a toupee or men’s hair system?
General wearing steps:
- Measure and mark the area where the hair system will be applied.
- Prepare the scalp and keep the area clean and dry.
- Trim the base if needed.
- Apply suitable adhesive glue or tape.
- Place the hair system carefully and press it into position.
- Cut and style the hair for a natural finish.

2. How do I wash a toupee or hair system?
- Gently remove tangles before washing.
- Use cold or lukewarm water.
- Use a mild shampoo suitable for hair systems.
- Do not rub, twist, or pull the hair roughly.
- Rinse gently and let it air dry when possible.
- Avoid brushing the hair aggressively when it is wet.
High heat, rough brushing, and harsh cleaning products may shorten the lifespan of the hair system.
3. Is the hair human hair or synthetic fiber?
Many SingaHair hair systems use real human hair. Some gray hair blends or special color options may include synthetic gray fiber depending on the product specification.

4. How long does a hair system last?
Lifespan depends on base type, hair quality, wearing frequency, climate, adhesive, cleaning method, and maintenance habits.
- Lace hair systems: breathable and natural-looking, but need careful handling.
- Mono hair systems: generally stronger and more durable.
- Thin skin / poly systems: clean appearance and easier attachment, but lifespan may vary depending on thickness and care.

5. What situations are hair systems suitable for?
Men’s hair systems can be suitable for work, daily life, parties, dates, photos, weddings, and many outdoor situations.
For hot weather or customers who sweat more, breathable lace systems may be more comfortable. For easier cleaning and attachment, poly or thin skin systems may be more practical.
6. Can I dye the hair system another color?
Human hair systems may be dyed darker by a professional, but lightening, bleaching, or aggressive coloring may damage the hair and shorten its lifespan.
Synthetic gray fiber cannot be dyed like human hair. If you plan to color the hair, please contact us before ordering.
7. Can it be straightened or curled?
Human hair systems can usually be styled with low to moderate heat, but high heat may damage the hair.
Synthetic fiber cannot be treated the same way as human hair. Always check the product details first.
8. Do I need a haircut after receiving the hair system?
In most cases, yes. A hair system usually needs to be cut, blended, and styled to match your face shape and natural side/back hair.
For the most natural result, we recommend having it cut by a stylist who understands men’s hair systems.

3. How do I choose hair color and density?
Hair color should match your natural side and back hair under normal lighting. Density should match your age, hairstyle, and natural side hair.
Choosing too much density can look less natural, especially for daily wear. If you are not sure, contact us before ordering.
4. Can I place a custom order?
Yes. Custom hair systems can be made according to selected base size, base material, hair color, density, hair length, curl pattern, and other personalized details.
Custom orders usually require additional production time and should be carefully confirmed before production starts.
5. Can I get a discount for a larger order?
For bulk orders, salon supply, distributor cooperation, or wholesale inquiries, please contact us directly.

6. Can I change or remove items from my cart?

If the package has already shipped, the shipping address usually cannot be changed while the package is in transit.

After payment is completed, you should receive an order confirmation email. You can also check your email for order updates and shipping notifications.

4. Can I get an invoice?

1. Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. SingaHair ships men’s hair systems, toupees, adhesives, and accessories to customers worldwide, depending on product availability, shipping carrier coverage, and destination restrictions.
2. Do you have USA stock?
Some selected products may be available from our USA warehouse for faster delivery. Availability depends on product type, color, size, density, and stock status.
If a selected option is not available from the USA warehouse, it may ship from our China warehouse instead.
3. How long does shipping take?
Shipping time depends on destination, warehouse location, product availability, shipping carrier, customs clearance, and order type.
- USA warehouse stock orders: usually arrive faster within the United States.
- China warehouse orders: delivery time depends on destination and shipping method.
- Custom orders: require production time before shipment.

4. Which shipping carriers do you use?
Possible carriers may include USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, YunExpress, or other available shipping services, depending on destination, product availability, and shipping method.
5. Does the product price include shipping?
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, product type, shipping method, and order value.
If free shipping is available for a product or promotion, it will be shown during checkout.
6. How do I track my order?
After your order has shipped, you should receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to update after the package has been handed over to the carrier.
7. Why is my tracking number not updating?
Tracking information may take time to update. Some carriers update tracking only after the package reaches the next sorting facility.
If your tracking does not update after several business days, contact us with your order number and tracking number.
8. Who pays customs duties, taxes, or import fees?
For international orders, customs duties, VAT, taxes, or import fees may be charged by your local customs office.
These fees are not controlled by SingaHair and are usually the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
After Sales FAQs
1. Can I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Orders can only be canceled before they have been shipped or before custom production has started. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. Once custom production has started, custom orders may not be canceled.
2. How can I return purchased items?
Please contact us before returning any item. Items returned without approval may not be accepted.
Please provide:
- Your order number
- Product name
- Reason for return
- Clear photos of the product and packaging if there is a problem
If the item is eligible, our team will provide return instructions and the correct return address.
3. What items are returnable?
Eligible stock items may be returnable within the return window if they are unused, unworn, unwashed, uncut, unaltered, and in original condition and packaging.

4. What items cannot be returned?
We may not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:
- Used, worn, washed, installed, taped, glued, or bonded products
- Hair systems that have been cut, trimmed, colored, bleached, styled, or altered
- Hair systems with cut lace, cut poly, modified base, or signs of installation
- Products with glue, tape, adhesive, hair spray, styling product, odor, stains, or other signs of use
- Custom hair systems or personalized orders unless there is a confirmed production error or quality issue
- Opened adhesives, tapes, removers, shampoos, conditioners, or hair care products
5. What should I do if I receive the wrong item or a damaged item?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging
- A clear description of the issue
After reviewing your case, we may offer a replacement, exchange, refund, or another suitable solution depending on the situation.
6. Who pays return shipping costs?
Unless the return is caused by our mistake, such as sending the wrong item or a confirmed product defect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
