Shipping & Returns
At SingaHair, we want every customer to understand our shipping, return, and refund policies before placing an order. We ship men’s hair systems, toupees, hairpieces, adhesives, and accessories to customers worldwide.
Depending on the product, stock location, and order type, your order may ship from our USA warehouse or China warehouse.
USA Warehouse
USA in-stock orders usually arrive in 3–7 business days after processing.
Worldwide Shipping
China warehouse orders usually arrive in 7–18 business days after shipment, depending on destination.
Custom Orders
Custom hair systems usually require 4–6 weeks of production time before shipping.
Return Conditions
Stock products may be returned within 30 days if unused, uncut, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

Please make sure your shipping address, phone number, email address, hair color, base size, density, and selected product options are correct before placing your order.
If you are not sure which base type, size, color, or density to choose, please contact us before ordering. Our team can help you choose the right men’s hair system.
Shipping
Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends, holidays, or during busy promotional periods may require extra processing time.
USA Warehouse Shipping
Some SingaHair products are available from our USA warehouse.
For products that are in stock in the USA warehouse, estimated delivery within the United States is usually:
- Processing time: 1–2 business days
- Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days
USA warehouse orders may be shipped by USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other available local carriers.
USA warehouse availability depends on product type, hair color, base size, density, and stock status. If the selected option is not available in the USA warehouse, the order may ship from our China warehouse instead.
China Warehouse Shipping
Products that are not available in the USA warehouse, custom orders, and some special product options may ship from our China warehouse.
Estimated delivery times after shipment:
- United States: 7–12 business days
- Canada: 8–15 business days
- United Kingdom & Europe: 8–15 business days
- Middle East: 8–15 business days
- Australia & other regions: 8–18 business days
International orders may be shipped by DHL, FedEx, UPS, YunExpress, USPS, or other available carriers depending on the destination country and shipping method.
Custom Hair System Production Time
Custom hair systems require additional production time because they are made according to the customer’s selected base size, hair color, hair density, hair length, curl pattern, base material, and other details.
- Custom production time: usually 4–6 weeks
- Shipping time after production: depends on the destination country
Custom production time may vary depending on material availability, order complexity, factory schedule, and final order confirmation.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, product type, shipping method, and order value.
Some products or promotional orders may qualify for free shipping. If free shipping is available, it will be shown during checkout.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to update after the package has been handed over to the carrier.
If the tracking number does not update immediately, it does not always mean the package has not shipped. Some carriers update tracking only after the package reaches the next sorting facility.
Customs Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees
For international orders, customs duties, VAT, taxes, or import fees may be charged by your local customs office.
These fees are not controlled by SingaHair and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
We recommend checking your local customs policy before placing an international order.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.
If you notice an address error, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only update the shipping address before the order has been shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that the shipping address can be changed. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.
Returns & Exchanges
Because hair systems are personal-use products, returns and exchanges must meet our return conditions.
Please contact us before returning any item. Items returned without approval may not be accepted.
Eligible Returns
Stock products may be eligible for return or exchange if they meet all of the following conditions:
- The item is unused
- The item has not been worn
- The item has not been washed
- The item has not been cut, trimmed, colored, bleached, styled, or altered
- The hair system base has not been modified
- The lace or poly base has not been cut
- The item is in its original condition and packaging
- The return request is submitted within 30 days after delivery
Items That Cannot Be Returned
We cannot accept returns for:
- Used products
- Worn products
- Washed products
- Cut, trimmed, colored, bleached, or altered hair systems
- Hair systems that have been installed or attached
- Products with glue, tape, adhesive, hair spray, styling product, odor, stains, or signs of use
- Custom hair systems
- Personalized orders
- Clearance or final sale items
- Opened adhesives, tapes, or hair care products
Custom Hair Systems
Custom hair systems are made according to the customer’s selected size, color, density, base type, hair length, curl pattern, and other personalized details.
Because custom hair systems are made specifically for each customer, custom orders cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a confirmed production error or quality issue.
Wrong Item, Damaged Item, or Quality Issue
If you receive the wrong item, damaged item, or an item with a possible quality issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging
- A description of the issue
We will review your case and help find the best solution.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note that shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, and handling fees may not be refundable unless the issue was caused by our mistake.
Return Shipping Cost
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is caused by our mistake, such as sending the wrong item or a confirmed product defect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning items.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Shipping delays may occur due to customs inspection, weather conditions, carrier delays, holidays, incorrect address information, or other factors outside our control.
If your package appears lost, delayed, or damaged during delivery, please contact us with your order number and tracking number. We will help check the shipment status and contact the carrier when necessary.
If the package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will work with you on a suitable solution based on the order situation.
