Warranty & Return Policy
We take pride in our product quality, backed by strict quality control checks. For your peace of mind, we offer a 30-Day Return Guarantee on eligible items. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
Because men’s hair systems, toupees, adhesives, tapes, removers, and hair care products are personal-use items, all returns must meet the conditions below.
Returnable Items
You may request a return, refund, or exchange within 30 days of delivery if the item meets one of the following conditions:
✅ Faulty or Damaged Item: The item arrived damaged, defective, broken, or soiled.
✅ Incorrect Item: You received the wrong size, color, model, or product.
✅ Unused Condition: The item is unwashed, unworn, unused, uncut, unaltered, and in its original condition and packaging.
✅ Uncut Hair System Base: The lace, poly, skin, or base material has not been cut, trimmed, modified, attached, glued, taped, or installed.
Non-Returnable Items
We will not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges under the following conditions:
❌ Items outside the 30-day return window.
❌ Used, worn, washed, installed, attached, taped, glued, or bonded products.
❌ Hair systems that have been cut, trimmed, colored, bleached, styled, or altered.
❌ Hair systems with cut lace, cut poly, modified base, or signs of installation.
❌ Products with glue, tape, adhesive, hair spray, styling product, odor, stains, or other signs of use.
❌ Custom hair systems or personalized orders, unless there is a confirmed production error or quality issue.
❌ Clearance, final sale, or special discount items.
❌ Opened adhesives, tapes, removers, shampoos, conditioners, or hair care products.
Custom Hair Systems
Custom hair systems are made according to the customer’s selected base size, hair color, density, hair length, curl pattern, base material, and other personalized details.
Because custom systems are made specifically for each customer, custom orders cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless there is a confirmed production error or quality issue.
Returns Process & Time Frame
Please carefully follow our returns process to minimize any delays:
- Contact us by email or WhatsApp before returning any item.
- Provide your order number, product name, and reason for return.
- If the item is eligible, our team will provide return instructions.
- Return the item according to our instructions and provide a valid tracking number.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will email you and arrange an exchange or refund if approved.
Items returned without approval may not be accepted.
Please allow 3–6 business days for our after-sales team to review and process your return request after we receive the returned item.
Refund Time
If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method.
Refund processing time may vary depending on your payment provider:
- Credit card refunds may take 7–14 business days to appear.
- PayPal refunds may take up to 48 hours to appear.
- Other payment methods may require additional processing time depending on the provider.
Return Shipping Costs & Return Address
Unless the return is caused by our mistake, such as sending the wrong item or a confirmed product defect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Please contact us before returning any item. After your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide the correct return address and return instructions.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning items. SingaHair is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged during return shipping.
Wrong Item, Damaged Item, or Quality Issue
If you receive the wrong item, a damaged item, or an item with a possible quality issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please provide:
✅ Your order number
✅ Clear photos of the product
✅ Photos of the packaging
✅ A clear description of the issue
After reviewing your case, we may offer a replacement, exchange, refund, or another suitable solution depending on the situation.
Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Orders can only be canceled before they have been shipped or before custom production has started.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. Once custom production has started, custom orders may not be canceled.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an eligible stock item, please contact us first.
Exchanges are subject to product condition, stock availability, and return approval.
If the replacement item has a different price, shipping cost, or product option, the customer may need to pay the difference.
