Production & Delivery Policy

-Sending in old hair systems, samples, and templates, etc.

-Discussing uncertain order details after we receive your payment.

-Shipping

In other words, after we confirm all your order details and obtain all necessary hair samples and  templates, production of your order will begin on the date of receipt of payment

Regular Production Time	8-9 weeks	9-10 weeks
Rush Production Time	6-7 weeks	8-9 weeks
Super Rush Production Time	Please consult us before placing a super rush order.

 

Most hair systems take longer to produce. Some complicated hair systems cannot be completed within that time frame, such as silk tops, ultra-long hair and ultra high density, etc. If you need a hair system for a specific period, please consult our customer service team before placing an order.

 

Shipping Time

Singahair cooperates with several world-renowned express companies like DHL, FedEx, TNT, UPS, etc. They ship to most countries within a week, usually 3-5 business days. For some particular regions, other express service or postal service will be adopted, and the shipping time is subject to the actual situation. 

 *Please be aware that customers will bear any customs duty or tax involved at the customs of the customer's country. The price for any order at Singalhair does NOT include the customs duties or taxes. If the customer doesn't or refuses to do the customs clearance timely, the package might be returned or disposed of by the customs. In this situation, Singahair takes no responsibility and will not issue any refund for the order.
